Local grant scheme adopted and open for applications
At the meeting of 9 June the Community Council formally adopted its Local Grant Scheme Applications policy, by six votes to none. The policy has been shared with the administrators of both windfarm funds that support our area.
It sets out who can apply for funding, what the money can and cannot be spent on, how much can be requested and how applications are decided. It is the first document in a set the Community Council is putting together.
How to apply
There is no complicated form to hunt down. Email the Community Council with a short summary of four things and we will send you the right application form:
- what you intend to use the money for
- whether you are applying as an individual or a group
- how much you wish to apply for
- your contact details
